Refund policy

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 


We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost item.  In these cases, please email a picture of the damaged item or order number for tracking verification.  Upon receipt, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping can cost up to $12 based on the weight of your order. Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major credit/debit cards, paypal, google pay and apple pay are accepted.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping takes up to 2 days from the time of order to go out. All orders are shipped priority mail and take anywhere from 2-3 days to be received.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All information is safe and protected EVEN from the merchant. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon ordering you will receive an invoice to your email as confirmation. If you are local (Philadelphia/South Jersey area) your order will be hand dropped off to your door within 3 days ( based on delivery day for that week. Follow our social media to stay aware of delivery days). If you are outside of the area you will be updated with a tracking number via email within 3 business days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email on file upon ordering.
