If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost item. In these cases, please email a picture of the damaged item or order number for tracking verification. Upon receipt, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Shipping can cost up to $12 based on the weight of your order. Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Shipping takes up to 2 days from the time of order to go out. All orders are shipped priority mail and take anywhere from 2-3 days to be received.

Upon ordering you will receive an invoice to your email as confirmation. If you are local (Philadelphia/South Jersey area) your order will be hand dropped off to your door within 3 days ( based on delivery day for that week. Follow our social media to stay aware of delivery days). If you are outside of the area you will be updated with a tracking number via email within 3 business days.
