So I’m fairly new to the world of sea moss and finally made a purchase. (At the time of this review I have purchased 2-3 times) This sea moss is absolutely delicious and helps me in so many ways. My period is manageable, I don’t bloat as often, and I’m regular. I also noticed that I wasn’t getting sick often and my immune system is pretty weak.
